Complete site map for the vertical trust-ladder approach. Each industry gets a standalone subdomain at {industry}.yourai.com. The footer on every page links to the full ecosystem.
Each vertical uses the previous one as social proof. Legal is the hardest bar; once cleared, every subsequent vertical is an easier sell.

Every {industry}.yourai.com has this identical section order. Content swaps, structure doesn't.
Logo + vertical badge, anchor links (Why YourAI, Use Cases, How It Works, Pricing, Compliance), Request Access CTA.
Compliance badge, vertical-specific headline, subtitle addressing primary buyer fear, two CTAs (Request Access + See How It Works).
5 icon badges: SOC 2, Zero Retention, Audit Trail, 4-Role RBAC, Per-Org Encryption. Same across all verticals.
4 red "problem" cards + 4 green "solution" cards. Fully rewritten per vertical. This is the highest-impact swap section.
6 workflow cards with practice-area tags. Completely different per vertical.
SVG architecture diagram. Same structure, different data source labels on left side. Client Access box identical.
6 compliance cards. SOC 2 + zero retention are universal. 4 cards swap compliance-specific language per vertical.
4 tier cards. Identical across all verticals. $0 / $149 / $299 / $599+. "Every tier is SOC 2 compliant."
Visual showing all verticals in sequence. Current vertical highlighted gold. Previous verticals show proof metrics.
Dark gradient banner. Personalized headline per vertical. Gold "Request Access" button. "100 free AI Requests" hook.
IDENTICAL across every subdomain. Links to all solutions, all verticals, compliance pages, company info. The "we're bigger than you think" signal.
These pages live on the main domain, not on vertical subdomains. All verticals link to them.

Each vertical subdomain is a standalone HTML file — no shared build system needed yet. When you hit 3+ verticals, consider templating the shared components (nav, footer, pricing, diagram SVG) into a lightweight static site generator (11ty or Astro) so content swaps happen in config files instead of full HTML rewrites.
As each vertical launches, update the trust ladder section on ALL existing vertical pages. When health.yourai.com goes live, legal.yourai.com's ladder should show both Legal and Healthcare as "active" with a metric like "Trusted by X law firms." This compounding social proof is the whole point of the ladder strategy.
The footer is the ONE section that never changes across any page on any subdomain. It's the "we're actually a platform" signal. When a partner on legal.yourai.com scrolls to the footer and sees Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Government, and Real Estate listed — even as "planned" — it reframes YourAI from a legal tool to a regulated-industry platform. That perception matters for pricing power and enterprise conversations.
